Match the module to your aircraft

The HN-MINI640 provides a 640 × 512 detector with simultaneous CVBS and USB output. The HN-MINI384 provides a 384 × 288 detector with CVBS and USB interfaces. Both listed modules use 12 µm pixels and weigh ≤23 g. The ET-617 is another 640 × 512 core option with a specified 25 Hz frame rate.

Review the whole imaging chain

• Power: verify the module’s input range against your regulated rail, including start-up behavior and electrical noise.
• Mechanics: allow space for connectors, cable routing and thermal management as well as the module itself.
• Image coverage: compare lens field of view with the scene width and working distance required.
• Data: confirm the receiving system, interface documentation and capture format before selecting hardware.

Applications to evaluate

Thermal imaging can support aerial inspection, environmental observation and locating heat contrast in low-light conditions. Suitability depends on the scene, optics, altitude and integration. A thermal image alone does not establish calibrated temperature measurement capability.
